Overview

Intelliquark LLC (“Intelliquark,” “we,” “us”) operates intelliquark.com. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, organization (optional), and message you provide. Our infrastructure automatically records the IP address and user agent of the submitting device for security and abuse prevention.

We do not run third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site.

How we use it

We use contact submissions to respond to inquiries, evaluate prospective engagements, and improve our service. We do not sell, rent, or share submissions with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How we store it

Contact submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in encrypted form at rest and transmitted over TLS. Access is restricted to authorized Intelliquark personnel.

Retention

We retain contact submissions for up to 36 months from the date of submission, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing privacy@intelliquark.com.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. For residents of California, the EU, or other jurisdictions with statutory privacy rights, please email privacy@intelliquark.com and we will respond within 30 days.
